You have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange items.

If you are within the 30 day return period you can request a return or exchange by emailing returns@ossanewyork.com. Once a request is made, we will review all requests – you will receive email notifications along the way. From there, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label and a return authorization number. Returns must be in the original packaging. If original packaging is missing, there may be a restocking fee deducted from the final refunded amount. The RETURN AUTHORIZATION # provided once your return is approved must be printed and included both inside the box and taped to the outside.
No. We offer free domestic shipping on all online returns for U.S. customers. All international orders are final.
It typically takes 5 business days to receive your return at our warehouse. Once we have confirmed receipt, we will issue a refund and send notification via email. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
